The same steps sit on your Settings page.
Create your account, open Settings, and the Outlook card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Connect → sign in with the Microsoft account that owns the mailbox → Accept.
A work or school account whose organization requires admin approval shows "Need admin approval" instead of Accept: an administrator approves once for the organization (ticking "Consent on behalf of your organization"), then you connect as yourself.
Questions about connecting Outlook
What does it need from Microsoft?
A sign-in to the Microsoft account that owns the mailbox (a work or school account or a personal one) and one Accept click. Lui connects through Microsoft's own authorization; the credentials are held by our connection provider, not typed anywhere.
Can I just email Lui instead?
Yes. Every account has its own LogisticsUI address; forward or send an order there and Lui reads it without any connection at all.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
