Connect OneDrive and Lui finds the file you mean.
The purchase order someone saved to a folder, the price list a client shared, the template you keep. Lui browses and searches your OneDrive as you, reads the file, and uses it: a spreadsheet into orders, a photo into a document. It reads; it does not write to your drive.
Google or an email address. $20 of usage free, no card.
Your own OneDrive, as you: browse and search your files, read and fetch them.
Find the file
By name or by what is in it, across your drive and what was shared with you.
Use it
A spreadsheet of orders entered, a PDF read, a photo put in a report, from the file where it already is. Read how it works →
Read what a client shared
A folder a client shares with your account is readable too, so their packing list is a question away.
The same steps sit on your Settings page.
Create your account, open Settings, and the OneDrive card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Connect → sign in with the Microsoft account → Accept.
As for Outlook: an organization that requires admin approval needs an administrator to approve once, then you connect as yourself.
Questions about connecting OneDrive
What does it need from Microsoft?
A sign-in with the Microsoft account and one Accept click. Read access only.
Can Lui save files to my OneDrive?
Not yet. This connection reads; documents Lui makes go to the shared Google Drive folder or come back in the chat.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
