Connect Gmail and Lui reads the mailbox you already run.
An order that arrives as an email, a supplier's shipping list, a customer asking where their delivery is. Lui reads and searches the mailbox, drafts the reply for you to send, and turns the attachment into the orders it describes.
Google or an email address. $20 of usage free, no card.
A mailbox: read and search mail, send, drafts, labels.
Turn an emailed order into orders
Lui reads the email and its attachment, checks the products, and builds the orders in your warehouse system. Read how it works →
Find the email that answers the question
"When did the supplier say the kegs ship?" Lui searches the mailbox and quotes the line.
Draft and send
A reply, a reminder, a report, drafted in your words and sent when you say.
Watch for what matters
A supplier's confirmation, a customer's PO, every morning, only when one arrived. Read how it works →
The same steps sit on your Settings page.
Create your account, open Settings, and the Gmail card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Connect → sign in to the Google account that owns the mailbox → Allow.
Questions about connecting Gmail
What does it need from Google?
A sign-in to the Google account that owns the mailbox and one Allow click. Lui connects through Google's own authorization; the credentials are held by our connection provider, not typed anywhere.
Can I just email Lui instead?
Yes. Every account has its own LogisticsUI address; forward or send an order there and Lui reads it without any connection at all.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
