Email the order in and Lui enters it.
Every account has its own address. A customer's PO forwarded there, a packing slip attached, a question typed in the body: Lui reads it, checks it against your warehouse system, and enters it or replies with what it needs. Nothing to connect.
Google or an email address. $20 of usage free, no card.
Send orders and questions to Lui by email.
Orders from email
The PDF or spreadsheet on the email becomes orders. A problem comes back as a reply, not a wrong order. Read how it works →
Questions by email
"What shipped for Acme last week?" sent to the address gets the answer back by email.
Documents by email
Send the order, get the Doc 60 back as a PDF. Read how it works →
The same steps sit on your Settings page.
Create your account, open Settings, and the Email card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Email the address below. Replies come from it.
Questions about connecting Email
What does it need?
Nothing. The address is on Settings the moment the account exists. Give it to the customers who email orders, or forward their emails yourself.
Who can email it?
Anyone with the address. Lui acts only on what your organization's systems allow, and asks before creating anything it is unsure about.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Ask Lui to stop reading email orders, or stop giving the address out; it is yours and nobody else's.
