Put Lui in the WhatsApp group your team already uses.

The group where the day already happens. Add the LogisticsUI number, post the code, and Lui answers there: stock, orders, a photo of a packing slip turned into orders, a report on request.

What Lui does in WhatsApp

A WhatsApp group your team already uses; Lui reads and replies there.

Ask in the group

Stock, an order's status, what shipped. Answered where the question was asked.

Send a photo, get the orders

A packing slip or a supplier's list, photographed, becomes orders in the warehouse system. Read how it works →

Get told there

An alert can post to the group. Read how it works →

How to connect

The same steps sit on your Settings page.

Create your account, open Settings, and the WhatsApp card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.

  1. Add the LogisticsUI number below to your group.

  2. Post the code below in the group.

FAQ

Questions about connecting WhatsApp

What does it need from WhatsApp?

Nothing to install. Add the LogisticsUI number shown on Settings to your group and post the code shown there once.

Does Lui read every message?

It reads the group it is in so it can answer there. Nothing from the group is shown to anyone outside your organization.

What does Lui store?

The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.

How do I disconnect it?

From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
