Questions about connecting Telegram
What does it need from Telegram?
A bot created with BotFather (one message), its token pasted on Settings, and the bot added to your group.
Does Lui read every message?
It reads the group it is in so it can answer there. Nothing from the group is shown to anyone outside your organization.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
