Create your account, open Settings, and the QuickBooks Online card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Connect → sign in to QuickBooks as a company admin → Allow.
Questions about connecting QuickBooks Online
What does it need from QuickBooks?
A sign-in as a company admin and one Allow click. Lui connects through Intuit's own authorization; no key to copy.
Will Lui change my books without asking?
No. Every write in QuickBooks asks first and shows what it is about to create or change. Reads do not ask.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
