Connect Jobber and Lui works your jobs from request to invoice.
Clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits, invoices and the checklist a crew filled in on site. Lui reads them all and writes the ones you ask for, so the admin around a job stops being a second job.
Google or an email address. $20 of usage free, no card.
Clients, requests, quotes, jobs, visits and invoices.
Quote, schedule, invoice
A quote from the request, a job from the quote, an invoice from the visit, each one created when you say and shown before it is sent.
See a job end to end
Where a job is, what is waiting, what the crew found. One question, one answer, from the request to the invoice.
Read the site checklist
A completed visit's checklist answers, read once, so a report or a follow-up can be written from what was actually found.
Write the report
A post-job memorandum or a proposal from the job's data, on your template, as a PDF.
The same steps sit on your Settings page.
Create your account, open Settings, and the Jobber card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.
Connect → sign in to Jobber as an account admin → Allow.
Questions about connecting Jobber
What does it need from Jobber?
A sign-in as an account admin and one Allow click through Jobber's own authorization.
Does Jobber email my customers when Lui creates something?
No. A quote or invoice Lui creates is sent only when you ask Lui to send it, and the email goes from LogisticsUI, not from Jobber.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
