Amazon Seller

Connect Amazon Seller and the orders land in your warehouse.

A 3PL connects each client's Amazon seller account with one sign-in from the client. Every order Amazon leaves to the seller to ship shows up in your warehouse system under that client within half an hour, with the lines and the ship-to address. Lui also reads their FBA stock, listings and reports when you ask.

What Lui does in Amazon Seller

A seller account: orders, FBA stock, listings and reports; MFN orders become warehouse orders under the client.

Orders arrive on their own

Merchant-fulfilled orders become outbound orders under the right client, with the Amazon order id as the reference, so nothing is keyed twice.

One seller per client

Pick the client first, send them the link, they press Confirm on Seller Central. Their orders stay theirs.

What Amazon holds in FBA next to what your warehouse holds, by SKU, in one question.

Reports when you need them

How to connect

The same steps sit on your Settings page.

Create your account, open Settings, and the Amazon Seller card walks you through them one screen at a time, with a Help me button beside it. Lui can also talk you through them in the chat.

  1. Connect (or Add for a client and pick the client first) → pick the Seller Central site (United States, Canada, ...) → sign in to Seller Central as the account owner or a user with permissions → Confirm.

  2. Orders the seller ships themselves (MFN) arrive in the warehouse under that client within 30 minutes; FBA orders are read, not shipped.

The buyer's name and address are released by Amazon only to apps with its Direct-to-Consumer Shipping role; an order that lacks them is held and shown as an alert until it is shipped from Seller Central.

FAQ

Questions about connecting Amazon Seller

What does it need from Amazon?

The seller signs in to Seller Central once and confirms the app. No developer account, no keys.

Does Lui get the buyer's address?

Amazon releases the buyer's name and address only to apps it has granted the shipping role. When it does not, the order still arrives without the address, you are told, and you ship it from Seller Central until the role is in place.

What about FBA orders?

Amazon ships those itself. Lui reads them so you can answer questions, but they are not sent to your warehouse.

What does Lui store?

The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.

How do I disconnect it?

From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
