Connect 2Ship and Lui rates and ships across your carriers.
Lui works your 2Ship account from the chat: every carrier's price for a shipment, the label for the one you pick, orders parked in 2Ship's On Hold list for the warehouse to finish, pickups booked, the day closed and the manifest fetched. It is built and waiting for its first customer, so the first company to try it sets it up with us on its own account.

Rates across your carriers, labels, held orders, tracking, pickups and the day's close.
Rate across every carrier
One question prices a shipment with every carrier and service on your 2Ship account, cheapest first.
Make the label
The label for the carrier and service you pick, with the tracking number and the label PDF back in the chat.
Hold orders for the warehouse
Orders put in 2Ship's On Hold list with the carrier chosen, for the packer to finish on 2Ship's own screen. Read how it works →
Track and answer where it is
Status and scans for an order, a tracking number or a PO, and which of a list of orders have shipped.
Pickups and the day's close
Pickups booked and cancelled, the day closed with each carrier, and the manifest fetched.
These are the steps it will take on Settings.
Once 2Ship is switched on for you, the card on Settings walks you through them one screen at a time, and we do the first connection with you.
If 2Ship support gave you a webservice key, paste it here. Otherwise use your 2Ship login: the user name and password you sign in with, and your client id (the number on your 2Ship account).

Lui keeps only the webservice key: a login is exchanged for the key once and the password is never stored.
Questions about connecting 2Ship
When can I connect it?
Now, with us. It is built on 2Ship's API and waits for its first company to test it on a real account. Press I'm interested in testing and we set it up with you.
What will it need from 2Ship?
A webservice key from 2Ship support, or your 2Ship user name, password and client id, which Lui exchanges once for the key. The password is never kept.
Does Lui buy labels on its own?
Only when you ask. A label costs money with your carrier, so Lui shows the rates and waits for your pick.
What does Lui store?
The credentials you gave it, encrypted, and a working copy of what the system reports so questions come back fast. Nothing is used to train a model and nothing is shown to another customer.
How do I disconnect it?
From Settings, with one click on the card, or by asking Lui in the chat. The stored keys or tokens are deleted when you do.
